HELP ME INSTALL

OK i need a serious step by step, how to install and use the ad_mod_1-1-x_v2-3.  I am totally confused, I know a little but I need the total step by step explanation. So if you could please  help me. and either post here or email me at weshipman@hotmail.com, or tell me where i should be posting this, or where I can find instructions.  any help would be awesome.
