install problem

I have installed the mod successfully but the menu does not appear under configuration.

I have the default language set to "English"
I have the file Modifications.english.php in Themes/default/languages
I've made sure the folders in the errors below have the permissions 777
I do not have a file called ads.english.php (how can i get this file?)

I have the the following errors

Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

what permissions are on those files the error is calling out?

I've now set the permissions to 777 but it still does not work.
Does someone know which folders each one of these files should go:

Ads.english.php
Ads.php
Ads.template.php
install.php
install.xml
LoadAds.php
package-info.xml

Open up package-info.xml and you will see where all the files should go.

It would go in the /default/languages/ folder I do believe.
