Placing ads between posts as POSTS or as ads.. which is better >?

I have just installed this mod and must say its rocking good..

I ws just thinking that .. by ur experience.. which ad you found most productive between posts..

when  Looked like post
or
when looked like an AD ?

(I am particularly talking about google adsense)
