Only shows my header when users are logged in

Good Morning,

This mod is awesome, I am currently using the mod at www.sniderz.com/smf  I am using it to show my header so the forums have a header exactly like the rest of the site.
It works great when you are logged in but it doesn't show if you are not.

My questions is this:

How can I get the ads/header to show up for those who are not logged in?

Hopefully this is something very simple I overlooked.
