need help inserting google ads through bluehost - Fantastico

Hi, I recently installed SMF on my website through my host Bluehost it was a Fantastico Auto-Instal  , but i don't know how to access the index.template.php file to insert the ad code.

Anyone have any ideas?  Assume i'm an idiot, cause with this i am

If you have cpanel you want to go into the file manager from there and then to the folder where smf was installed then to the theme folder you are using to get the index.template,php file
