Please help with manual install

Greetings.  Due to adding the Tinyportal mod...I'm having to install many other mods (including yours) manually.  When I installed yours I got several error pages.  I'm doing them one at a time so I know which one's giving me problems.

Rather than post a bunch of coding here...I'm attaching the files.  The one named questionable is your file with the codes I couldn't figure out.  The other 4 are the files I'm actually using on my site with Tinyportal & other mods already on them.  I'm hoping you can help me figure out what I did wrong.  Thanks a million.
