AMBER theme TINYPORTAL

Hello,
I use the Amber theme, with tiny portal. How can I make it so the ad management features show up. I  followed the instructions a few posts above, but it does not work, I believe it is because the files are slightly different so they work with Tiny Portal.

I have uploaded all the files that come with 'AMBER'
I hope you can change them for me

*** Because the file size is so large I have uploaded everything that came in the amber folder except for the 'images' part.

These are the only files that need editing. PLEASE, backup first before replacing these. What version of SMF and TP are these for. Also are they fresh copies, as in no other mods installed to these files.
