i need modification of ad management on a custom theme?

If just installed on theme I cold do it for $15

the theme is SMF4Mobile, a mobile theme for SMF

It may not work well with that theme I can attempt to install but ad management generally won't work well for mobile themes unless the ad is responsive.

You will need to send me a copy of theme and send $15 to sales@visualbasiczone.com via pappal.
