Remove Top Ads

Dear,
I am having issue on my site http://earnonnet.net I am not able to Find this top ads code index.template but its still showing up.
2nd i want to remove this code from top and put it after menutree
will wait for your good response

It is not included in template files. The top and footer ads are called before template_above and below functions show they work on all themes.
