help! GoldMoon by Haяy don't show all ads

Hi, hope you can help me. I don't know anything of php, but thanks to parse, I made work ad management on almost all my themes. Only one I cant get to work fine, it shows the upper ad, but not the botton ad. It's GoldMoon by Haяy, everytime i made one change get an error.

would someone can help me?
