PostgreSQL install failure

The mod will not install on SMF 2.0 RC2 PostgreSQL due to MySQL-specific commands.

The error:

ERROR: syntax error at or near "NOT"

That is the case. I do not have access to a PostgreSQL server nor do I know PostgreSQL.
