Ads shown only admin profile not for guest..whats wrong?

Ads shown only admin profile not for geust..whats wrong?

When i login as admin there is nothing wrong, but when i login as a test guest my ads are gone.

Who can help me.

(when i use the smf profile ill get all the ads in place, but not with this thema)
