Ancient and Rusted theme with SMF 1.1.9

I have downloaded some of the files on this forum (none for this version 1.1.9 was just hoping they may work).
I also have attempted the regular "cut and paste" mods that were located on this site to no avail.  Was hoping somebody would be able to help me out.  I have found very very many of the "</td>"s and have tried the codes in areas suspected to be where the ad's where to go also with no headway..lol

I have attached my files to see if I can get some mods or tips.
