smooshed ads in welcome user area

Hi!  First of all awesome MOD I love it.  Everything works great for me except...when I place an ad in the "welcome user area"  they seem to get "cut off" AND a grey section appears I'm assuming because the area for the ad was stretched out.  The area I am talking about it where the "paypal donate" button on this forum is located.  Can the ads there only be a certain size?  Here is a link to my forum so you can see what I mean.  If I shrink the size of the ad the grey section goes away but it seem that the ad itself is cut off.  Any help would be great.  I am running 2.0 beta 4 with Mod version 2.3.4     UGH!   TIA
