Showing fine everywhere but on the Board Index

The ads show fine in all the right places on all except the Board Index.

The boardindex.template.php file has the correct edits and in the right places

The Show on board index check box is checked.

Any other ideas on why it wont show up on the main Board index?

Specifically where on this page? Are the options in Admin > Ad Configuration set properly? If so, do you have any errors in your Forum Error Log?

I want it to show right below the menu, and right above the "Welcome Center" category.

That page is whats considered the board index correct?

Show on Board Index is checked in the options.

I do get this error code, but I do not think it pertains to the ads...
