Ad Managment on SoftMC Blue template

I got everything installed OK, and I got everything showing up by adding -utf to my language file, but the ads only work on the default template.

I followed the directions here:

However, a few of the lines were not there when I searched for them. I am using TextWrangler for all my editing (Which is a fantastic program for this on OS X). I tried to manually find the lines, but that did not work either.

I am fairly well versed with working within PHP files, but I am not a coder.

I have attached the files as I have seen a few posts requesting this. I appreciate the assistance!
