Installation stops on clean forum

Hi,
I am installing the mod on a 1.1RC3 forum with apache2, PHP5 and mysql5.
When i upload the mod and apply it the test all come out succes. But when i press "Install now" afyter the test it just stops. The page seems to be loading (i see an hourglass as mousepointer) but nothing happens.
What am i doing wrong?

HAve you changed all your permissions corrrectly.
