Hi Im trying to install the ad manager on SMF 1.1.4 on the default theme. I used a Parser to help me with the install and now I have finished everything. I cant access my forum now (I wanted to run the install file from the package section in Admin). When I go to my forum I get the following error:

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator. 

I am not sure what to do...
