Cannot see any ads?!

Hi all!

I finally managed to install Add Mod correctly (in beginning there wasnt any ad mod link under configuration )! I created one ad called "Test" and choose "Display ads on every page right below the menu", but i cant see any ads anywhere! I even created test forum for this, and put exactly the same ad to there and it works perfectly. What am i doing wrong? In my main forum i have finnish language pack installed for Ad Mod, and it uses UTF-8 charset, but the test forum uses english and ISO-8859-1 charset. Could it be cos i had to install Ad Mod several times before i get it working? Please help .
