Tux_Red_planet Theme - Mod not showing up

Version of SMF:1.1.4
Version of Ad Mod:2.3
Theme being used:tux_Red_Planet
Are the files clean:Auto Embed Video Clips

Installed fine but no sign of the mod on default theme or Red Planet.

Here's my files that exist. I've also manually added the mod to the default files and then copied them into the custom theme folder but still no sign of the admin button.
