Ad image not showing in specific area

All of my adds show fine but the one under the main menu does not. I used the package parser and all the correct code is there. I have tried using google, Adengage, and the one I want there my personal image. The code I used for my personal image was:

I added this based on a suggestion in the forum. Any help would be great. My forum is www.freegeeksupport.com

Do that instead.
