Ad Mod 2.3 installing fine but not showing up in SMF 1.4

Hi Friends,
I am trying to install the Ad Management 2.3 mod with SMF version 1.4 and everything goes fine but when i click "Apply mod->Install Now" it says that the mod has been installed successfully but when i check "Installed Packages",the mod is not there and still under the Browse Packages.

I am using the "Defaut- Core theme" and i tried to search all the stickies under Theme Board but could not find anything helpful.

Can someone please help me???

P.S: My language in the forums is English and all the settings are default settings with no other package installed.
