Apparently you can do this in Admin>Permissions.  Why didn't anyone tell me I'm an idiot?   :idiot:

Feedback/Request / Suggestion for everyone
January 24, 2009, 12:13:34 AM
I love this Mod!  One of the things that I've done to enhance it is to use OpenX on top of it.  So, I've installed this mod and then placed the OpenX invocation code where you would normally place the code for the ad.  Then I can better manage the ads from OpenX with things like priority weighting, disabling ads on specific dates or after a set number of impressions.

I just thought I'd share that with everyone as I've had some good success with it.

I know this was requested a while back, but I don't see it as part of 2.3.  Any chance we can get this in the next release?  What type of donation would you need to do this?

Ad Support / Multiple Ads Showing Up
January 18, 2009, 06:29:16 PM
When I enter an add an ad to the posts, say post 1, I get two ads that show up on top of each other in that post.  Where should I look to fix this?

After about 2 hours of researching this tonight, I finally figured out what my issue was.  It appears that my ads.template.php file wasn't updating or got screwed up after the install of 1.1.4.  Once I updated the ads.template.php file it worked!

I'm seeing the same thing where I had a successful installation with 1.1.3, but now that I'm with 1.1.4 I can't edit any of the ads that I entered before upgrading.

When I click on the Edit Ads link, it just shows:

Content                                                                          Modify

But it doesn't let me click on anything.

When I go to Settings, I get:

Unable to load the 'settingsAds' template.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ad Support / Auction Ads
March 15, 2007, 05:31:53 PM
Has anyone tried using Auction Ads in this mod yet?  I know that they just launched a week or two ago, but I'm getting good results with it right now and I'm hoping that when I get this Mod up and running that I'll still be able to use them.

Is there a way that I can send you the index.template.php file?  That's actually the file that I'm having the hardest time with.

Thanks for your help!!

I'll pay to have one done for the Classic Theme on 1.1.2.  Just let me know what I need to do.
