Theme Support / Help with alienation tp theme

I need some help with editing the theme files and such. Theme is here.http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item507
Can anyone edit the files or tell me the exact edits for them because in Edits for ad_mod_1-1-1_v2-3 topic some things that i was to look for were not there. Im not good at editing php files so any help would be very great.

I edited all of the other parts of my template the way it is supposed to be in your sticky but, in the index.template.php some parts were missing. Can you take a look at it or possibly fix the edits?

Im using SMF 1.1.2 and TinyPortal  0.983. My template is alienation11final_tp.
Index.template1.php is the one i edited.
Index.template.php is the original.
