I am trying to install the Ad Management mod but I keep getting

I really need help and bad because my host is requiring me to have ads displayed in seven days and I need the ad management mod up and running. Can someone help me?
Install the mod then download that file and add the edits manually. All the edits are stickied in the "Theme Support" board. Make sure to get the right version of ad mod for the one you have installed.
