Iam using Dilber MC theme.I have tried to install the mod manually but it didnt worked.I have edited the 3 files BoardIndex.template.php,index.template.php and MessageIndex.template.php. I have also copied the files to Sources Directory:Ads.php,LoadAds.php
theme directory:Ads.template.php
Langauge directory:Ads.english.php

But iam not getting the ad mod under my configuration tab.Can you please help me.

It sounds like you missed an edit. AFTER installing the mod edit the template files in the themes folder you are using.
