I have downloaded ad_management from smf forum and Added It but for some reason does not seem to work ?
I cannot see where to ad ads via the admin panel ?
Help would be great thanks in advance.

Did it install correctly or at all. You can verify this by looking in the modifications.english.php file or one of the template files in the theme you use to see if there is any reference to the ad mod.
