I recently installed your mod, and i Put the google adsense ads. but it seems like it doesn't seems to work.
I really want this mod to work. Please help.
And i am using a different theme, so does that affect?

It is not a bug. If you use a custom theme the templates files for that theme have to be edited. Check the Theme support board stickies for what to edit and where.
