Maybe someone can help me with this error related to ads

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: show_topofpageads() in /home/della/public_html/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 427

This occurred when updating 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

Make sure the edits are done correct in Load.php
And make sure LoadAds.php is in the sources directory(and its not zero bytes)
