i installed the ad mod and pasted the code and i get the following message

Are all your permissions set correctly on your files and folders. ???
as far as i know all permissions are set and i have bidvertiser adds that work ok the only problem i have with the bidvertiser ads is that there are 2 templates instead of one for instance if i put the code for the side tower and check of to have it on the left side i get 2 towers on the left side instead of one do you have any suggestions?
Sounds like the edits are there twice. Check your template folders. (index.template.php) and see if there are two edits for the tower ads.
