How can I install Ad Management mod if my free host doesn't allow uploading of *.zip archives??

Can I just upload the files and install them manually, I have problems with all the packages from SMF downloads because of this.

I'd rename the file to a .zip_ file. Then rename it once its uploaded, if it will allow that.

Well it doesn't... >:( and even if it does the *.zip gets deleted in 2 or 3 sec.

You will have to do the edits manually. They can be found in the theme support board.
