Hi
i have SMF 1.1.1 installed and wanted to install ad_mod 2.3
When i enter the FTP Data in the Package Manager i get:
550 /virtual/home/smf/htdocs: No such file or directory
But the path is correct.
In the error log i have a dozen of errors:
2: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
failed to open stream: Permission denied
I supose the problem is the chmod caused by the not working ftp.
But i used the same FTP Data as i used by the SMF Installation.
I have also shell access to the server and checked the path and everything.
But i dont get it installed.
Can anyone help out?
This is an issue with smf itself. It would be best to post on their support forums.

no, that dont fix anything.
everytime i want to run package manager with your mod to install and after entering FTP data i get No such file or directory
_But this error isnt true. 1. The FTP data are the same as from the installtion 2. the path exist...
Is there a temp file in the "Packages" directory. ??? If not, create one and chmod it to 777 and see if that helps.
