How can I get ads to display always

I have the same problem.(only admin can see ads)
But i can't see the permissions menu ? where is it ?

In the permissions for membergroups. It's located top right section in that area.

Can you be more specific? I have the same issue, only visible as Admin. Telling us permissions in member group isn't helping a lot.

What permission in membergroups? I'm looking at the permission stuff now, and nothing is obvious for ads...

Never mind, I figured it out. You have to Enable Ads in the Permissions by membergroup panel. Select the type of user then add the permission.
