Title: ads not showing in all places

 I installed the "ad management" mod, selected ALL the check boxes in the "ad management" admin area..but the ad (banner) only displays on the top, inside of a thread...not on the index page, or category page, or at the bottoms.

I use tech blue theme  1.0.8

When you install the ad mod it only installs to the default theme. If yuo use any other theme you will have to edit the template files manually.
