Title: I cant download the mod for some reason

When I go to

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=255

to download for SMF 1.1.8 I get one of the following issues


Sorry, but this modification does not appear to be compatible with the selected version.

or

The mod you have requested has not been approved yet for downloads.


Could anyone tell me how to download this as I realy would like to put it onto my site

Ok I've now got it installed (slight dumbass moment)

But now I cant see the "ad managment" tab in the configuration box...

Anyone got any ideas as to why I cant see it?
