Hi i have just installed the ad mod and i put a google adsense ad in the welcome bit. I can see it but no other users can. I'm using SMF 1.1 RC 3 i tried logging into my general member with only general rights and i cant see it whe i am logged in as him. how do i fix this?

Set your permissions via the admin control panel.
