Title: Help with installing the ad mod

When installing from the package manager ...

This comes

Type     Action     Description
1.    Execute Code    install.php    
2.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/ModSettings.php    Success
3.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php    Success
4.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/index.template.php    Success
5.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/BoardIndex.template.php    Success
6.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/Display.template.php    Success
7.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/MessageIndex.template.php    Success
8.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php    Success

Also .. a request for ftp account info..

I give it and click proceed ..
It comes back to the same page ....

Over and over and over ..
I tried creating more FTP accounts and using them . Still the same thing happens.


Finally , I unzipped the package in the packages folder (in another subfolder) and ran the install.php file

It said db_query() is an unknown command ...

Please help with this ...

Do you have all your ftp info right. Are your files and folders chmodded to at least 755, 777 would be better.

This is an issue with the package manager itself. I would suggest to post on the smf boards for support.
