Basicly the ads often show double, and every ad i add in the ad manager shows 2 times to.

Have you checked your template files? Perhaps the mod installed twice?

If the mod installed twice, the Package Manager would only list it once. :/

Could you attach index.template.php?

Yup, the mod installed twice. Go through the manual edits I put here (http://www.smfads.com/forums/index.php?topic=1930.0) and reverse them.
