I am running a modified version of Sunset theme, i have tried to install the ad mod and am struggling the ads wont show?

I am running: Sunset theme by © Mustang forum. Powered by SMF 2.0 Beta 3.1
You'll be needing to edit the theme you're using by editing the core templates via FTP. How do I use FTP? / What is FTP? (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=480)
The location of the files is %root%/%smf_root%/Themes/*name of theme*/
You can find manual modification instructions on that modification's thread and/or use the parser built in on the mod display.

I have tried using the the edits suggested on the theme, also i have tried removing the files in the template file and replacing them with pre modified files but still i am not showing any ads, all i get when i make the edits is an error page when i try to view the forum.
Can you please attach the files you want edited? I'll help you step-by-step.

I Have attached the theme files, the ad mod has been installed into the forum already, do i need any other files?

Here, check and see if this works.
It worked better than the one i edited as my forum is still loading but still not showing ads.
