Hello,
when trying to add new ad , I am getting the following error message:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

Someone please help me. URGENT

HELLO, I THINK THIS MAY BE A SURPRISE TO ANY ONE OUT THERE ACTUALLY I HAVE TRY TO INSTALL IT ON MY SERVER BUT IT KEEP SAYING HACKING ATTEMPT AND PLS I DONT WANT TO WAST TIME ANY MORE AND ANY THAT IS READY TO HELP ME OUT TO INSTALL THE AD MANAGER I WILL BE GLAD TO SEND THE PERSON MY FTP ACCOUNT.
HOPE EXPECTING REPLY SOON..
