i am using the default theme but... i cant seem to get ads to show in certain parts of my forum (the ones listed below):
Display ads on every page right below the menu
Display ads on every page on the top of the page
Display ads in the welcome user area (where is the welcome user area exactly?)
Display ads on the bottom of the page
Display ads on every page as a tower on the left side (does it need to be in a skyscraper format? because i was using a banner to test this)
