SMF Ads Support Forum

Hi guys,
I've installed the mod however, the ads only appears @ the top of the forum and under the subforums only. when i tried to put them appear under the menu or at the last post in the topic or at the btm of the page it don't appear I mean nothing appear at all!... also, when i chse to put a PHP ad @ the top of the page or under the subforums it gives me the following error after each post:

I'm using the YaBB classic thema and I've uploaded an editeed files from this link for using the mod:

I searched in the forum and found that afriend had the same problem but none replyed with a final answer :

Can you make sure that it works okay on the default theme?

I'm using the default theme and I don't see ads on the sides either...   How do you get the visa donate button to show up top? is that considered an ad as well?
