Title: Ad displays on board pages but not on main page . . .

Running SMF 1.1.3
Installed Ad Mgmt V 2.3
Running theme Portal Blue

Installed google ads, runs OK on individual boards, however, does not display ads on forum main page.
Also, I've selected each of the following features in the tick box, but none of them seems to work with my setup.

Display ads on every page right below the menu     
Display ads on board index    
Display ads on message index    
Display ads on the post page    
Display ads after the last post    
Display ads on every page on the top of the page    
Display ads in the welcome user area    
Display ads on the bottom of the page

It is because you have a custom theme. Check the theme board to make sure the edits are done correctly.
