These are done now, except for the index.template.php file from that theme. I do not need the index.php file at all. If you wish to donate to me personally then that can be done here:

I have installed the files you uploaded & they work great - why do none members not see the ads?

Sorry Next question why are there no ads on the left & right? I have ticked the them?
