Why my ads only display when I m logged in ?

Is a permissions issue. Thanks anyway.

Admin > Permissions > Modify
Then edit Permissions for Unregistered Guests: IN "General Permissions - Unregistered Guests" there is "Ad Management   
  Enable ads" checkbox. For all groups is the same.
