Ads don't show

I've just installed the Version 2.3 of SMF Ads. The ads show for me (forum administrator), but they are not shown when other members browse the forum.
What's the problem?

On the right hand side you can enable ads!

yup you need to give your users/guests permission to view adds... kinda weird if you ask me
