Please help! How to install mod manually?

I need to innstall mods manually because I'm using sftp instead of ftp. But I really can't do it manually.. Could someone give me good instructions to install THIS admanagement mod manually (Newes version)?  Or if someone is very kind, could it be possible to install mod for me? ^^

What is (Newves version)

That's typo.  I meant that it's newest version of smf available.
