Execute Modification - Modification parse error

When i try to install the ads mod i get this message:     
Execute Modification     -     Modification parse error

SMF 1.1.2 clean install, i just installed another mod without problems.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried redownloading the mod and installing it again. Maybe that download was bad. There should be no problems with using it. Are you getting any errors in the error log Are all your permisions set right on the files that need to be modified.
