Amber Theme
« on: February 21, 2007, 06:33:13 pm »
I am running SMF v1.1.2 using Amber 11final and have followed all the instructions and added the code where it should be in the files but it causes everything to distort. The left column becomes too big and the main section gets squashed to the right.

Have searched and tried some other files for the amber theme but they cause errors.

Anyone have any ideas or got this working with the Amber theme?

Check your edits again and make sure they are exactly where they are supposed to go. Also you COULD try to rename some of the template files in the Amber theme folder. Doing this will cause that theme to use the template files from the default theme folder. it might make things look a bit weird, in which case just rename your template files in the Amber theme folder back to their original names. :) It's kinda cheatin but in some themes it does work. ;)
