PHP Blocks
« on: March 05, 2007, 08:59:32 am »
This is just a thought.... Knowing you can add php, I think it would be great if some blocks could be made. Like polls, who's online and stat blocks like ...Top 10 Topics, Top 10 Boards, Top 10 Posters, and so on. Maybe someone could re-wright some of the blocks used in mk portal or tiny portal.
I do not know much about how to go about doing this but thought it would be a good idea.

You should request this on the relevent websites. This site is for support for the Ad mod.

I meant using the Ad mod to create the blocks as an extention or add-ons to the mod itself.

You should be able to use SSI with the php function of the ad mod. I would think.

You can put whatever you like in the ad "slots". Just because its an ad mod, doesn't mean you have to use it to display ads.
